The location of the game must be within 20 miles of Watertown, locations further than 20 Miles will be assessed a travel fee determined by distance.
Must have approval from the sports organization prior to game day.

How far away can a location be?
Locations must be within 20 miles of Watertown, WI. For locations farther than 20 miles, an extra $10 per 10 miles will be added.
Can I use props in my photos?
Absolutely! Props are encouraged. It is the client's responsibility to provide any props.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks after the proofing meeting, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives for rescheduling the session. If it is a game day shoot and the game is canceled please contact us as soon as the game is canceled and we will look at an alternative game. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
